Royal Estate sells the homesites of Berchatti Residence Urubó, by Körban Holding Group. This page explains what data we handle when you use the project map (royalestate-berchatti-urubo.site), talk to Royal, our artificial intelligence assistant, or write to us on WhatsApp; what we use it for and what you can request. This is a translation: if there's any difference, the Spanish version applies.

Who is responsible

Royal Estate, with its sales office in Torre Ambassador, 11th floor, Av. San Martín between the 2nd and 3rd ring roads, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.

What data we handle

• If you only look at the map: we don't ask you for anything, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser keeps your map preferences (layers, colors) on your own device.
• If you write to Royal on the map: what you write is used to answer you at that moment. To prevent abuse, we count how many messages each connection sends per day, using an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address: we don't store your IP.
• If you leave your details (“I'm interested in this homesite”, “Please call me” or the visit request): your name, your WhatsApp number, the homesite or sector you were interested in and, if you talked to Royal, that conversation.
• If you write to us on WhatsApp: your number, your name if you tell us, the messages, and what you tell us about your search: what you want the homesite for, when you would buy, how you would pay, how much you have for the down payment or installments, and which homesite you liked.

We don't ask for ID documents, bank details or cards through these channels.

What we use it for

• To answer you, show you the homesites that match what you're looking for and work out their payment options.
• So that a Royal Estate advisor can contact you and arrange a visit to the homesite or the office.
• To organize our service: from what you tell us, the system automatically estimates how far along your search is, so that an advisor can attend to you first if you're about to decide. That estimate decides nothing on its own: a person uses it.

We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

Who it's shared with

• Cloudflare, where the system runs and the data is stored, and where the artificial intelligence models Royal uses to answer run.
• Meta (WhatsApp), through which WhatsApp messages travel; that part is also governed by Meta's policies.
• ElevenLabs, if you're helped by the voice assistant or the WhatsApp assistant that runs on its platform.
• Körban Holding Group, the project developer, only if you go ahead with a reservation or a purchase, with the data needed for that process.

How long

For as long as your interest or the business relationship lasts. If you ask for it to be deleted, it's deleted. The encrypted fingerprints we use to stop abuse are discarded within a few days.

What you can request

• A copy of your data.
• That we correct it.
• That we delete it.
• That we stop writing to you: say so on the same WhatsApp and it stops.
